  1. Thank you so much for this post!!! I just began reading your blog & it has truly been a blessing in my life! I really needed this today…I have a one year old son & some days are wonderful, while others, like today & yesterday leave me feeling defeated. Thank you for your words of encouragement!!

    1. Ashley, you are so welcome! Thank you for your kind words. I certainly hope you will continue to read; knowing that we all have a community of support certainly helps on the hard days of mothering. 🙂

  2. Thank you for writing this also, it really spoke to me. Another great piece! I am very grateful to have come across your blog lately . ( Your piece on mothering being hard and no one sees was shared in the Kirk Cameron newsletter ) Your writing is gracious and inspiring, thank you!

  3. WOW! God has used you and your blog to richly bless and encourage me. I’m a grandmother of two (2 yrs and 7 weeks)!! I’m not sure where I first heard of your blog, but it has been such a spiritual boost for me and helps me encourage my daughter with the struggles that come with having two toddlers – sleepless nights, a VERY active 2 yr old, piles of laundry, toys everywhere, etc…. Thank you for allowing God to speak through you!

  4. I needed this entry today. Thank you. So many times you have encouraged me with your gentle, encouraging and uplifting reminders of God’s love for us, big or small; for that I am so grateful.

  5. Thank you!!! Thank you for allowing God to use you to give these words of wisdom. I have been reading your blog for about 3 weeks and they all have spoken to my heart. Honestly it’s like you are in my head because I do feel insignificant or feel as though no one notices me. I am a mother of 5, ages 6, 3, 2 year old twins, and a 2 month old. In your blog you have reminded me that God is still with me. I can forget this truth when my day to day tasks feel a overwhelming. So thank you again and I thank God for you.

    Signed,
    A Busy Mom and Wife.
